What is Blush Bar?
Blush Bar is a unique mobile frosé bar cart available in the Central Texas area.
Not only do we provide the mobile bar cart and slush machine - we also provide our cart attendant who handles set-up/breakdown, prepares and serves the frosé (or cocktail of choice).
Blush Bar is intended to be a full-service experience for you and your guests!
Where are you located?
We are located in Buda, Texas but are happy to travel around the Austin/Central Texas area within reason!
Transportation is free within 20 miles of our location. After 20 miles, there is a base fee of $20.00 plus 58 cents per mile driven round trip.
We are more than happy to price out your venue location and see if it is within our 20 mile radius!
How do I book with Blush Bar?

In order to secure your date, we do require a 25% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract via HoneyBook. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days of your event date but can be paid at anytime. We accept payment via HoneyBook, PayPal, Square, or Venmo. All payments incur a 3.5% processing fee.
Do you only offer frosé?
While we specialize in frosé, we are able to make a different frozen cocktail for your event if you would like! For for any specialty cocktail, there is a fee of $25. You can view all of our other cocktail options here!
We are also able to accommodate non-alcoholic drinks as well.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Due to TABC laws, we do not provide alcohol. Alcohol must be provided by you or the venue. We are more than happy to provide you with our alcohol recommendation list and quantity guidelines. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible for you!
Alcohol costs typically range from $50 - $500 depending on the amount of guests and the brands you choose.
Can I rent just the bar cart and the slush machine?
You are able to rent just our bar cart, however due to liability issues we are not allowing rental of our slush machine.
Our bar cart is perfect by itself for a bubbly/mimosa bar or even for a memorial table for those loved ones who are unable to make it to your special day!
Is set-up/breakdown included in your pricing?
Yes, it is! Pricing for set-up/breakdown is factored into our pricing automatically. Our package is based off of “Serving Hours” aka the length of time drinks are actually being served. Set-up/breakdown is a separate amount of time and we will work with you or your planner to schedule our arrival and departure.
How big is the cart?
The Blush Bar cart measures 7 feet tall, 6 feet long, and 4 feet wide. We do ask that you ensure your venue space is accessible so that the cart can fit where you would like it and that power is within 50 feet of our station. Not sure if we will fit? Will you travel?
At this time, we are not able to travel further than 60 miles outside of our radius due to logistical issues.
